I worked on the Stradella Rd project a large 17000 sq. ft. hillside residence for CM Peck, Inc., the executive architect for SAOTA, a renowned architecture firm from South Africa. Our collaboration involved translating SAOTA’s design model into detailed working drawings for permitting and construction. As the point person, I applied my project management and design expertise to address aesthetic, technical, permit, and zoning challenges, ensuring a seamless execution of the project.
