I'm Amy Alfon, the Founder and Principal Designer of Alfona Design Studio Inc., where I bring over 22 years of architectural expertise to every project. Licensed in California and Colorado with an NCARB certification, I specialize in residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), SB-9 units, and lot splits.
My journey in architecture has taken me from Corporate Office projects to healthcare facility expansions and custom home designs, always with a commitment to innovation, functionality, and sustainability. I am particularly passionate about sensibly modernist minimalist architecture—designs that are both aesthetically refined and accessible to the middle class. By integrating efficiency, affordability, and timeless simplicity, I strive to create spaces that enhance everyday living.
